-Lift treadmill belt on one side, insert applicator tube as far as possible. Simultaneously squeeze the bottle and slowly extract the applicator tube out from under the belt, leaving a steady stream of silicone between the belt and the deck. Use around 0.5 oz of the lubricant or 1/8 of the bottle on this first side.
-Repeat process on the other side using a total of 1 oz for both sides.

TIP:Before application, it is recommended to first clean the treadmill between the belt and the deck. This can be done simply by running a dry cloth between the two surfaces ensuring all small dust particles are removed.
